GUIDELINES & POLICIES FOR TLS STUDENTS

If the student misses three consecutive classes without notice his admission would be cancelled. However please note even if he/she misses three consecutive class with prior notice this facility is allowed only once during the entire course he/she has opted for.

IF a student is found to be irregular for more than 1 month consistently ,HE/SHE would not be allowed to access LMS followed by freezing of their LMS account by TLS. If intent to rejoin he or she will have to pay a rejoining fee(5000 INR) to rejoin followed by revision fee of (5000 INR) post which he/she would be given the access to LMS. Irregularity due to personel reasons & mismanagement of time during ongoing session shall not be entertained for batch & trainer change.

Under any circumstances, if the student wants to discontinue the course he/she is allowed to transfer his admission either to his family member or a refference. However the substitute candidate needs to pay the difference of fee if he/she chooses higher level of course compared to the main candidate present course. AN APPLICABLE CHARGE FOR TRANSFER OF COURSE TO A SUBSTITUTE MEMBER IS (5000 INR) THAT NEEDS TO BE PAID TO THE COMPANY. PLEASE NOTE THE STUDENT NEEDS TO PAY ALL THE APPLICABLE FEE & CHARGES BEFORE TRANSFER OF COURSE TO THE SUBSTITUTE MEMBER & ONLY THEN STUDENT WOULD BE GETTING ENROLLED WITH TLS .

Deadline for course completion is mandatory for all Regular students extention of maximum 1 month can be given in emergency cases. One on one session if the student is found with any irregularity or casual behaviour like late joining and early pack up from session. He/she would be transferred to group sessions in the same fee. If he misses 2 consecutive classes without intimation to trainer or TLS. He /she would be shifted to group session in the same fee. Also, a mail would be marked to them before the due course of action is taken BY TLS.

The student is allowed to change the trainer only twice during the entire course. The allotment of new trainer & batch is subjected to availability of trainer and Shift timings (as decided by TLS).

Breaks & absence taken by students should be intimated prior in advance to TLS to avoid cancelations of admissions. The duration of break & absence in case of emergency should be done with immediate effect by marking a mail to studentdesk@thelanguageskool.com . Where as breaks & absence for longer duration should be intimated atleast 1 week in advance and should not be more than 1 month for per course. Also after the break if the student requires he/she may request to TLS TEAM for revision classes. Applicable fee depending on the level of revision needed would be charged. TLS holds no responsibility to clear the backlog of missed sessions by such students and the student shall be responsible for revising the missed sessions through previous recordings of classes, provided by TLS.

Due to any reason if the trainer is changed by TLS due to unforeseen circumstances the students would be allotted with a substitute trainer to further continue his/her course. HOWEVER if there is any delay in providing a substitute trainer by TLS , in such case additional services like (extra preparation classes & communication classes )would be provided by TLS .

TLS HOLDS THE RIGHTS TO USE INTRODUCTORY VIDEOS AND CLASS RECORDINGS OF STUDENTS FOR ITS DIGITAL MARKETING PURPOSE. However it would done with the permission of the students .

ALL STUDENTS OF TLS NEED TO COMPLETE THE COURSE WITHIN GIVEN DEADLINE WITH 70% OF ATTENDANCE. IN EMERGENCY CASES MAXIMUM EXTENSION OF 1 MONTH CAN BE GIVEN TO COMPLETE THE COURSE.

STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO FILL A REJOINING FORM SEND BY TLS AND SHALL CLEAR ALL THEIR DUES BEFORE REJOINING THE COURSE.

IF ANY REVISION CLASSES ARE REQUIRED BY THE STUDENT AN APPLICABLE FEE WOULD BE CHARGED DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF REVISION.

IF A STUDENT IS COMPLETING HIS/HER COURSE THROUGH RECORDED SESSIONS, HE/SHE NEEDS TO MARK A MAIL TO TLS AS AN INTIMATION , TO CONTINUE RECIEVING THE REQUIRED SERVICES, PLEASE NOTE THESE RECORDINGS ARE AVAILABLE FOR EMERGENCY & UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES AND NOT FOR COMPLETING ENTIRE COURSE WITHOUT ATTENDING LIVE SESSIONS .

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE ANY REFUND POLICY. FEE ONCE PAID WONT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
