• Refund Eligibility:

  • Course Cancellations: If The Language SKOOL cancels a course, students will receive a full refund of the course fees.
  • Student Withdrawals: If a student withdraws from a course, the eligibility for a refund depends on the timing of the withdrawal:
    • Withdrawals before Course Start: If you withdraw from a course at least 7 days before the start date, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • Withdrawals within First Week: If you withdraw within the first week of the course, you are eligible for a refund up to 50%. It depends on Students Guide & Policies*.
    • Withdrawals after First Week: No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after the first week of the course.

• How to Request a Refund:

    • Your full name
    • Course name
    • Reason for withdrawal
  • Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the request.

• Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Registration fees
    • Materials fees (if materials distributed)

• Exception:

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen situations, partial refunds or credits may be granted at the discretion of The Language SKOOL management. Documentation may be required.
