Students must attend all their classes regularly and punctually. If a student misses three consecutive sessions without prior notification to TLS, their admission will be canceled.

• Students’ must keep their microphones muted at all times during their class, and if they have any doubts or concerns, they should raise their hand.
• Your cameras should be on throughout the class.

• Students should maintain complete confidentiality of course materials, discussions, and fellow students' information.
• Students are expected to dress appropriately and maintain proper posture during class attendance.
• Students are encouraged to participate in the class from a serene environment devoid of any distractions.
• Students are advised against engaging with trainers on personal platforms, such as WhatsApp or any social media. Any breach of the policy may result in legal action by TLS.
• Students are advised not to disclose their fees to any other students due to varying offers. In any event of such disclosure, the student will be required to pay the regular fees for that particular course.

Students must inform the management via email before taking a break. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of their admission.

• To ensure the quality of recorded sessions, it is required that students maintain a minimum attendance of 70%. Exceptions can be made for genuine reasons, allowing up to 30% of sessions to be missed.

In case of technical issues or difficulties accessing online classes, students should seek assistance from the TLS technical support team promptly.

For one-on-one admission, students need to attend the session regularly. If we find any irregularity, casual behavior such as late joining or request to wind up the session early, TLS has all the rights to transfer the admission to a group session at the same fees.

Fees paid are non-refundable under any given circumstances.

Students are expected to adhere to all guidelines and policies set forth by the TLS. Violation of any rules or regulations may lead to warnings, suspension, or termination of admission, depending on the severity of the infraction.
